INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Can of San Marzano, crushed or peeled
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- uncooked dough, pre-prepped
- 6 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut in small circles
- fresh parmesan cheese
- fresh basil leaves
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoon of olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, and salt.
  2. Brush dough crust lightly with olive oil.
  3. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake in preheated 500F oven on pizza stone for 8−10 minutes or until crust is toasted brown.
  6. Remove from oven and put parmesan cheese and basil.
  7. Let it cool for around 3 minutes before serving.
